Founder & CEO


Frank Tony Eshun is a founding member and managing partner of LogiPro Consult Ghana Limited, a leading consultancy firm specialized in logistics, projects, oil and gas logistics and trade services.


Frank has extensive knowledge and experience in the logistics and supply chain industry especially in project and oil and gas logistics. Over the past decade, he has structured and implemented strategies that has shaped the industry across West Africa. He has been developing and providing solutions to the industry for the past 19 years working for the Maersk Group. He worked in various roles and different units of the group in Switzerland and across West Africa. His most recent role was with Damco (part of the AP Moller Maersk group) as the Chief Commercial Officer for West Africa. In that role, he was responsible for business development and growth of the Damco brand in West Africa and also managed global and regional accounts. He also designed the oil and gas logistics structure for the group in West Africa.


Frank has been involved in advocacy groups that seek to promote the growth and development of the transport industry. He is a founding member of the Borderless Alliance West Africa and continues to contribute to positively to changing the landscape of doing business in West Africa through speaking at various workshops and conferences across the globe. He consults on various projects and logistics solutions in Ghana and across the West African sub region.


Frank is a Fellow of the Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (FICS) and a chartered member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT). He also holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and Bsc. in Administration from the University of Ghana Business School.

Executive Director


Afua Eshun is an Executive Director of LogiPro Consult Ghana Ltd.
She has more than 15 years’ experience in the transportation and trade industry working with Borderless Alliance on regional trade facilitation issues as well as with the USAID West Africa Trade Hub as a transport specialist. Prior to this, she worked with AP Moller Maersk in Ghana in trucking and logistics, as well as in Copenhagen where she was part of a team which helped to establish Service Delivery departments, controls and standards for service delivery management including data quality indicators and various standard operating procedures for Maersk Line offices worldwide.


Afua Eshun has worked on various number of transport and logistics costs studies on several corridors in the region for regional economic communities as well as international development agencies. She is part of a team that has conducted border crossing and trade perception surveys as well as organized various workshops in the region, training public and private sector stakeholders on regional trade and transport policies and protocols.
Her work in this capacity has enabled her to build strong ties with regional shippers’ councils, chambers of commerce, and a host of other public and private sector trade and transport stakeholders in the region.
Afua Eshun holds an MBA from the University of Ghana, Legon and is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (London).

Professional Background
General Manager, Axiss Shipping Services
Responsible for growth and turnaround of indigenous logistics company from net loss to net profit with substantial asset base in a year of managing company. This was largely achieved by onboarding right team and streamlining processes to achieve results.
General Manager || Operations, Damco Rigworld Ghana Limited
At DR, Richard was the General Manager, Operations of the JV between international company freight forwarders Damco and its local partner Rigworld International. Responsible for planning and implementing target driven performance system for clients mostly in the oil and gas industry.
Projects || Oil and Gas Lead, Damco Ghana Limited
Designing, defining and implementing movement of rigs, vessels and materials to and from multiple offshore locations globally. This was done with focus of eliminating waste in the supply chain through effective cost cutting measures to maximize uptime of clients’ facilities. Richard has experience working on projects with global companies both directly and through teams to support them deliver successfully through the value chain from origin support, shipping, port receipt, haulage to site, offloading and all accompanying support activities.
